When you enable SMS notifications in the MyCalla app, you'll receive text messages alerting you to missed calls handled by your AI phone receptionist. Messages include the caller's name (if known) and a prompt to open the app for details.
Message frequency varies based on your call volume. Typical users receive 1–5 messages per day.
Opt in at mycalla.ai/sms by checking the consent box. The box is unchecked by default and is not bundled with any other agreement; consent is not a condition of purchase. Once you have opted in, you can switch text alerts on or off in the MyCalla app under Settings → Notification Preferences.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You can also toggle SMS notifications off in the app at any time.
